With about 350-odd pounds of shit in my car it did 0-60 in 11 seconds. Ugh. Car is supposed to get at least 8 sec.
However, I pulled 1.1 Gs during acceleration, so that was fun.

Buick LeSabre 2000. 3.8l V6 good for 215hp and 225ft/lb of torque, 0-60 time should be around 8 seconds but this does have 207000 miles on it. I'd like to find some ways to eek out a bit more power from the engine.

Not bad. My IS makes the same HP and about 10 less ft/tq. My 5-speed supposed to do 0-60 in about 6.8 seconds, but I'm sure a bunch of my horsies have escaped over the years, though so who knows. I have the Torque app. I might measure my 0-60 time tomorrow when I get out early.

Yeah I've got a 4-speed autotragic with gears tall enough I can hit 90 in 2nd. It's awful.

Speaking of, are there any smartphone apps out there that record your 0-60 automatically, from standstill to 60? All I've ever come across have you start the timer manually and then it stops at 60, or vice versa.
